Freon R-404a is designed for low-temperature and medium-temperature refrigeration units for industrial and commercial purposes. A mixture of pentafluoroethane, 1,1,1,2 tetrafluoroethane, 1,1,1-trifluoroethane (R-125/R-134a/R-143a).
R-404A freon is suitable for retrofit (modernization) of systems where R-502 and R-507 were previously used.
Freon R-404a is a refrigerant of the hydrofluorocarbon group (HFC), which requires the use of POE oil in the compressor.
